The chairperson leads the board in developing an ethical culture in line with the values of the organisation. Lil has been involved with Mountview FRC for over eight years and is Chair of the board for past three years

Frank Sexton
Secretary & Treasurer
The secretary's duties include managing all the organization's internal communications and preparing or keeping track of board meeting dates, meeting agendas and minutes from the meeting. The not-for-profit corporate secretary might attend all board meetings to keep a detailed record of the board's actions. Frank is also involved with Vincent De Paul. he knows the struggle of the families in the area and ensures that the work plan includes services that offer support to the community.

Mary Tighe
Director
The role of the director to the organisation is working with and managing relationships with partners, funding bodies and service users. Presenting information about the services the resource centre offers. Writing funding bids and negotiating contracts, making sure policies meet changes in law and regulations. Mary is well known in the community through her involvement with many local organisations i.e. CIC and she is also retired from the local employment centre. Mary was based at Mountview FRC during her career and she has a particular interest in the development of the people and Mountview parish.

Debbie Cronin
Director
Debbie is an active member of the committee and an active member of the community herself. Her interests are vast. She takes a particular interest in the National Family Resource Centre programme and attends all the national conferences and events to ensure Mountview Family resource centre is kept up to date on current issues relating to the programme.

Elena Ursache
Director
Elena is a mother of a young family. She's lives in Dublin 15 for over 15 years now. Elena brings all the issues regarding family life so that our work plan is well informed and our family support services are relevant to families today. Elena has particular skills and knowledge in the area of Human Resources and this proves to be invaluable to the work of the project.

Sr. Josephine
Director
Sr. Josephine is the newest member of the committee. New to the area, a keen gardener and cook. She's enjoying living in Fortlawn. She really enjoys working with young people and is already facilitating cooking workshops with the youth.
